Biodiversity Monitoring Intern/volunteer vacancy -MAVA project

As part of the Mava Shouf Project, “Building the ecologic and socio-economic resilience of the Shouf Mountain Landscape by restoring and strengthening the socio-cultural fabric which sustains its biodiversity and cultural values”, SPNL is looking for enthusiastic college graduates with a scientific background to be working as volunteers/interns on the scientific component of the project precisely on the monitoring of indicators of biodiversity and eco-cultural values of healthy agro-silvo-pastoral socio-ecosystems in the Shouf landscape and specifically in West Bekaa region.

The Bird Camp Lebanon 2018

The Bird Camp Lebanon 2-4 October 2018 has been wrapped up and considering its brief planning (since mid-June 2018) and execution (2.5 days) it was successful. The program, logistics, and financing went even better than planned and the draft ideas for 2019 and beyond are very encouraging.
