SPNL (referred to as us or we) is a registered society in Lebanon. We operate the website www.spnl.org (the Website).
These are the Terms and Conditions which govern each use you make of the donation payment services provided through the Website.
These Terms and Conditions apply separately to each single donation that you make. Unless specified by you, they do not form a contract allowing for future or successive transactions to be set up. By confirming on the Website that you wish to make a donation you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for that donation.
(1) The donation services
We will use your donation at our discretion but within our stated charitable objectives.
All payments through the Website are to be made by payment card.
Once you confirm to us through the Website that you wish to proceed with your donation your transaction will be processed through our payment services provider, WooCommerce. By confirming that you wish to proceed with your donation you authorize WooCommerce to request funds from your credit, debit, or other card provider.
(2) Unauthorised card use
If you become aware of fraudulent use of your card, or if it is lost or stolen, you must notify your card provider.
(4) Information from you
Before we can process a donation you must provide us with (i) your name, address and email address; and (ii) details of the credit or debit card that you wish to use to fund the donation. We will use this information to process your donation. It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided us with the correct information.
When you submit your payment details, these details will be transferred to our payment provider, WooCommerce, and your payment data will be collected and processed securely by them. You should make sure that you are aware of WooCommerce’s terms and conditions, which are different from our own, to ensure that you are comfortable with how they will process your personal data before you make a donation.
We won’t share your personal details with any other third party other than is set out in our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Donation Payment Terms and Conditions and by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you are also agreeing to the way we use and protect your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
(5) Refund policy
If you make an error in your donation please contact us either by email at news@spnl.org, by phone at +9611343740, or by post at Awad Bldg, 6th Floor, Abdel Aziz Street, P.O.Box: 11-5665, Beirut, Lebanon within 14 days and a full refund will be made to you.
(6)Third Parties
We are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with agreements or arrangements that you enter into with third parties, or your use of or reliance on any content, goods or services available on or through any third party sites or resources or in general any dealings with any third parties. If you have any problems or disputes in connection with such third-party agreements, please address them directly with the applicable third parties.
Furthermore, we may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other third party websites or resources. Because we have no control of such third party sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the availability of such sites or resources, and that we do not endorse and are not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites or resources or the policies of such sites and resources, including their processing of personal data, which may differ from our policies.
(7) Disputes Governing Law
These Terms of donation, their interpretation, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto, or the breach, termination or validity thereof, the relationships which result from or pursuant to these Terms of donation, or any related transaction or purchase, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.
You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lebanon, in relation to any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of donation, provided that we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any country or region if you have violated or threatened to violate the intellectual property rights of Ishoprural or a third party.
(8) Amendments to these Terms of Donation
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and terms and conditions, including these Terms of donation at any time. You will be subject to the Terms of donation in force at the time that you donate to us unless any change to those Terms of donation is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it may apply to donations previously placed by you).
(9) Severability
If any part of these Terms of donation is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining parts.
(10) Waiver
If you breach these Terms of donation and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these terms of donation.
