SPNL Launches Emergency Action Plan Under Bioconnect Project

The Society for the Protection of Nature in Lebanon (SPNL) is excited to announce a pivotal meeting under the Bioconnect Project, to be held at the MLHC (Mount Lebanon Hima Center). This meeting marks the launch of an Emergency Action Plan for SPNL’s gardens and plant nursery, laying the groundwork for an inspiring vision of sustainability and environmental stewardship.

This vital initiative comes as part of SPNL’s ongoing commitment to biodiversity conservation and sustainable agriculture. The Emergency Action Plan will ensure our gardens and plant nursery are well-prepared for the official launch on April 15, 2025. The event will be graced by the honored presence of the Ministry of Agriculture, reaffirming Lebanon’s dedication to sustainable development.

The Bioconnect Project aims to connect communities through innovative practices that safeguard natural resources and promote sustainable livelihoods. This first step reflects SPNL’s unwavering dedication to harmonizing nature and human well-being.
