On the Move Keeps Moving

On The Move in Asturias

After a successful stay at the Botanical Gardens in Madrid, On the Move made two stops in Asturias, Spain. The first was in the Ecomusuem of Villaviciosa from the 10th of April – 3rd of May, and the second was in the Palacio Florez Estrada in Somiedo from the 8th – 24th of May, where the exhibition was welcomed by locals and visitors alike. We would like to thank all the volunteers in Asturias for making that happen!.

On The Move in Extremadura

On the move Extremadura opened last week to celebrate World Environment Day.

Jesús Garzón and Juan Serna (the former Extremadura Environment Agency Director and Environment Regional Ministry respectively) presented the On the Move project to the media. They talked about the crucial role of transhumance in the current scenario of environmental crisis and climate change. Their presentations were a master class!
