Bootcamp training delivered to entrepreneurs as part of RESP project

Led by IES Social Business School, a 4-day Bootcamp has been kicked-off today, as part of the Support Programme for Rural Entreprises (RESP), funded by MAVA, in partnership with Mowgli Mentoring, SPNL, ACS, and Rural Entrepreneurs. This intensive training week will allow previously selected 15 entrepreneurs/businesses to bring the impact to the core of decision making and build their soft skills through a 10-step process. Coming next in RESP is the mentoring training workshop, the previously selected 15 mentors will get trained on the 360 mentoring by Mowgli Mentoring. The entrepreneurs/mentees could then be matched with the mentors and thus ready to start their 9-months mentoring prgramme, while receiving ongoing support and training on specific topics responding to their needs.

Al Hima Magazine 5th Issue

This edition of Al Hima magazine weaves together inspiring stories of nature conservation and community resilience, highlighting how Lebanon is being stitched back to life—one Hima at a time. The Society for the Protection of Nature in Lebanon (SPNL) continues its mission to preserve the country’s natural heritage by empowering local communities. A cornerstone of this effort is the BioConnect project, funded by the European Union, which has achieved three national firsts: Lebanon’s first natural park (Upper Matn), first geological park (Shouf-Jezzine), and first endowment Hima (Btekhnay).
