- Subjects: Sustainable Agriculture; harvesting; and grazing, Water management, Herbal flora, Plant monitoring.

- Along with interactive gaming, bird sketching, discussions and workshops.

As a nature lover, protector, conservationist, and promoter of the wellbeing of all living entities, I feel delighted to have taken the workshop offered to us at the #mesd by the like-minded people from the #spnl team headed by the qualified instructors Rania Khalil and Elie Haddad, giving us the priceless opportunity to dig deeper in the world of Herpetoufauna, flora, Biodiversity monitoring, Forest Management, Sustainable Agriculture, harvesting, grazing, water management and other important aspects of the very rich world that we live in, presenting also the best ways to live with respect and harmony along the different components of the ecosystem of our fragile nature.

Afterall we will be the qualified warriors which represents high conscious people that are going to fight to preserve what God has offered us to have a better place to live in for us and future generations to come. We should preach and broadcast our ideas and achievements to outreach as many people as possible and bring all of them together to join the army of nature developers and real conservationist making humans as only part of what exist and not like the sole controllers with perverted tendencies creating a negative impact as a result of the misuse and abuse of nature’s resources that destroy and damage what is left.

The workshop of the capacity building training included dynamic methods to understand our region and what it offers in flora and fauna and easy ways to take advantage of it as per seasons and local costumes. The environment and atmosphere were joyful and productive with high degree of cohesion and brotherhood amongst participants from both Raselmaten and Hammana Hema

My name is Lara Noueihed from Ras El Metn, I have my own small online business, called @thefriendlyspot.bylara.

I wanted to expand my knowledge about biodiversity and nature.

Everything we took in those meetings was more than expected.

The Homat Al Hima training was definitely very interesting & informative. I learned so much and had the chance to meet SPNL team: Rania and Elie who were dedicated and patient. And it was a pleasure to meet many Homat Al Hima members, we shared so many ideas and we worked as a team together, it was a fun/ learning workshop.

I would love to attend more training in the future.
